About us
April and Jamie were both born and raised in Tofino on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht people. They grew up alongside each other when Tofino was just a small town where everybody knew everybody. As adults they connected over their appreciation for quality cleaning, curating beautiful spaces and a mutual love of cold ocean dips.

Evergreen Co. grew out of a desire to bring both guests and homeowners of short term rentals a high quality experience by providing special attention to staging details, exceptional communication for guests and homeowners, all while giving equal attention to the care of the environment and community relationships.
Sustainability

Travel has an environmental cost but it can also be a valuable opportunity to create real connection between visitors and the unique issues of the West Coast. Educating people on how to be better guests starts with being better hosts. Jamie and April want to be a part of building connection between guests, the environment and local communities.
